Igor Ivitskiy
Writes on decision-making under uncertainty in advertising markets
Founder and Chief Scientist, Doctor Ads
Igor Ivitskiy spent sixteen years at Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, where he took a PhD in computational modelling and taught the mathematics of fluid dynamics in polymer processing. Since 2006 he has applied the same modelling discipline to paid search auctions, overseeing more than $770 million in advertising spend across more than fifty industries.
He was recognised by the UK Home Office under the Global Talent route, worked as a research engineer on real-time click-fraud detection at Lunio, and founded Doctor Ads, where he serves as chief scientist. He writes on measurement, fraud, and what advertising looks like when it is treated as a system rather than a craft.
